FPHS sets all memberships, excluding Lifetime memberships and two-year complimentary memberships, to expire on January 1. We welcome you to renew your membership during December. You can do this by paying your dues at a member meeting, or by renewing online:
STEP ONE: Log in (if you are not already logged in.) If you have forgotten your password or have never logged in before, click “Forgot password” to have it sent to your email.
STEP TWO: Open Your Account Subscriptions page
STEP THREE: click on the “⋮” symbol in the right column. Then click “renew”. This should take you to a page where you can update your information if necessary and renew your subscription.
NOTE: If you would like to change your membership type, (from Individual to Family, for example), please JOIN again, as a new member of that type. Your information will carry over if you keep your original email.
If you need to change your email address, please Contact Us so we can keep your membership information intact.
