The Church of the Holy Comforter Historic Marker Dedication

May is Historic Preservation Month!
FPHS is excited to dedicate another local historic marker for the
second year in row!
The Church of the Holy Comforter Episcopal Church was constructed in 1878 in the Carpenter Gothic style. It was the first church built in Crescent City.
The dedication ceremony will be on May 3rd, 2026 at 11:30 a.m.
